For sale: truck campers / apex, nc description: two more on order. Due in mid may. Truck camper magazine review on this model: just had this camper custom built. The two seat dinette is something we had to have them custom design. Normally, there is a little bench that is not as comfortable as it could be. With that being said, the solution is the two seat dinette. The front queen bed can be put either north south or east west. Whichever you prefer. It also comes with the 4 season package. Enclosed underbelly, double insulated walls, and tank heaters. The other item is the 9.2 btu ac unit. We order it with that so that you can run the unit on a 2000 watt generator. There is a box on the side designed to hold the unit. This unit was actually on the cover of truck camper magazine's calendar. Here is a link to the article about the unit and the trip. 8.6 fits flush with the rear of an 8' bed truck. It weighs about 2000lbs. I'd like to see at least a 3/4 ton truck.
