This is one more super nice floor plan and it has the new ultimate package which includes premium solid surface counter tops, the wide stance hydraulic landing gear, a 20 cu ft stainless steel whirlpool french door refer with a 1000 watt inverter and battery disconnect, a 30" stainless whirlpool microwave oven, and slide out selector valves. That's a ton of very nice features in one package! This 5th wheel has a ton of interior room and a mile long list of options and features! There's a lot of Sandpiper dealers out there that will quote you a low price but please make sure you compare options on each rv and get it in writing! When Sandpiper came out with this floor plan, they actually put a lot of thought in it. People usually think when you have a king size bed, then you have no moving around room in the master bedroom. Actually, this model has more room then most queen bed 5th wheels. #1, they used a reversed side aisle bathroom and moved the bedroom back a couple of feet which not only gives you a large master bedroom, it gives you a huge walk in front wardrobe, plus a double dresser at the foot of the bed. Most 5th wheels have a neo angled shower, this new 35rok has a shower that big enough for (2) people to stand in, plus the sink with vanity and medicine cabinet, and foot flush toilet are all in one room which means privacy. Mom will definitely love this feature! What makes this floor plan so roomy is the (2) huge opposing slides. The slide on the off door side has a full kitchen with a (3) burner stove top with a glass cover, an oven, a 30" stainless steel microwave oven with an exhaust hood and the brand new 20 cu ft stainless steel french door refer with pull out freezer and it has a 1000 watt inverter. It also has a very nice center island with tons of cabinets for extra storage and the double sink! At the end of that slide is the (2) leather rocker recliners! On the door side, it has another large slide that contains the free standing dinette with (4) chairs and the entertainment center with a 40" lcd tv and below that is an electric fireplace. In the rear of the rv is the hide-a-bed sleeper sofa. The other really neat feature about this 5th wheel is, it has a huge exterior kitchen that's on the door side, behind the tv and fireplace with a 32" tv that you can raise and lower! This is a first for the rv industry! Here's a list of the options that were ordered on this 35rok. The interior color is walnut. It has the Sandpiper signature package, and the ultimate package. There's a lot of very nice features in these packages. Additional options are, a king size master bed, it has the dual a/c package (and ours has dual ducted a/c's! Most dealers that add a 2nd a/c are not ducted!), it has the r-38 upgraded insulation package, a central vacuum system, the brand new (6) point hydraulic leveling system, and all (3) slide outs have topper awnings.
