This unit is loaded and when i walked into this Rockwood the saying "big things come in small packages" is exactly what comes to mind! It's an emerald edition, it has the convenience package, bonded tinted windows, a gas/electric water heater, an outside kitchen with a grill, it has the upgraded 15k btu a/c instead of a 13.5k btu a/c, a large slide topper on the main slide out, heated holding tanks and a ton of other options! The interior of this unit has the toscana decor, the day/night shades, and the beautiful cherry cabinets with the solid cherry cabinet doors. At the front of the unit is the bedroom which has a walk around queen bed with underneath storage, it has (2) drawers underneath the bed, has over head cabinets, and dual pocket doors for extra privacy. This unit is compact, yet very spacious with the (2) opposing slide outs in the living/kitchen area. In the living/dinette slide there's a sofa that makes a bed with underneath storage, a free standing dinette, and cabinetry across the length of the slide. On the main wall is the entertainment center that has a 29" tv with 5.1 dolby digital sound, an am/fm/cd/dvd player, cherry cabinets, and a charging station for your cell phones or tablets. On the door side is the galley (kitchen) slide that has a (3) burner range with the glass cover, an oven, an over the range microwave with an exhaust vent, a gas/electric refrigerator with the raised panels, cherry cabinetry, and the very desired solid surface counter tops. There's also a center island that has a double sink, a faucet with the pull out sprayer, underneath cabinets, and the solid surface counter tops with matching sink covers. Also, across from the dinette is a hugh pantry that can be used for extra storage. This unit has a hugh rear bath that has a porcelain foot flush toilet, a neo angled shower with glass doors, a sink with underneath storage, and a medicine cabinet. In the bathroom there's a large double door cabinet that's perfect for storing all of your bathroom needs! The exterior is just as loaded as the inside of the unit! It has the exterior kitchen with a (2) burner range, a dorm style electric refrigerator, over head microwave, a sink with a hi-arc faucet, and cabinets to keep all of your grilling needs. Also, there's a mount for your outside grill, a power awning, (4) power stab jacks, outside speakers, a front pass through storage compartment, spare tire kit, a black tank flush, an outside shower, is prepped for cable tv, water purifier, city water hook up, fresh tank fill, winterize connection, and a front power tongue jack.
