This is a luxury rv designed for full-time rv life or even to live in. Washer and dryer are installed, as is a stainless steel dishwasher. There are three sliders (1) dining room and entertainment center and pantry, (2) living room with three windows, (3) bedroom with one window and laundry closet. There are two automatic awnings, one is over the entry door and undercarriage access area. The other is on the dining room/pantry slideout. There are two gray water tanks, one black water tank and one fresh water tank as well as direct connect for municipal water and we have purchased a 40 gallon portable tank and macerator so the black water can be emptied while "on the road" or out camping where you don't want to tow the 5th wheel to a dump station. The large bathroom has a huge walk in shower with built in seat, a porcelain water closet, a linen closet, a sink with cabinet and a mirrored medicine cabinet. The king size bed is a wonderful euro-top and the bedroom tv is installed. This is not a stripped-down dealer model, it is fully equipped (except for the outside tv option). We also have a 2003 chevrolet k2500 hd diesel pickup for sale to tow the 5th wheel. This truck is rated to pull 16,100 pounds, has an extra transmission cooler, is wired for 5th wheel towing including the brake controller. Click on the link provided to see details. We purchased a fifth-wheel hitch tripod which helps further stabilize the rv, and we have extra pads and chocks for parking and setting up the rv on uneven ground. There are two fully ducted air conditioners, one for the bedroom/bath/laundry area and the other for the kitchen/dining/living room area. There is an electric fireplace with fan; there is a full service propane furnace for outside temperatures below 40 f. The refrigerator in the kitchen has four doors (two upper doors for frozen foods and two lower large doors for fresh foods). |
