| For sale: 5th wheels / mesa, az brand new - never used, never registered - with the full 2 year factory warranty yet to start. 2013 Lifestyle rv model # 37cksl - a 38' 3 slide 5th wheel specially built for full time four seasons living. A very high end, very well built luxury unit tht sells for upwards of $127,000.00 today. Since it is new there is nothing to worry about as it will be covered by the builder's original factory warranty that has yet to start. There is nothing negative about it's history and it was not a demo unit at any time. The quality of materials and construction certainly puts it on par with drv in our opinion. All of the cabinetry is solid hard wood, the outside features full body paint with clearcoat and there are extensive upgrades throughout. As the original msrp sheet is included in the pictures we will not list each option here again. However since we bought it we have added an electric fireplace, an acenting kitchen island extension and changed the master suite bed to a king bed with new linens. We did keep the original queen mattress still in it's plastic wrapping if you would prefer the original queen bed. These pictures were taken recently and are of this coach that we are selling.
