| For sale: used 1 time excellent condition toy haulers / maurepas, la 2013 Forest River ultra Work and Play we bought this toy hauler brand new and are the only owners. We are non smokers and have never abused this trailer. The 27 ulps is 32 feet overall 8 foot 6 inches wide with a 10 foot hauling space with a non-skid floor that contains tie down rings from the factory. The hauling space is separated by a set of sliding glass doors. The garage is a massive 10 foot front to back and has two separate cabinets hanging on the wall to store your equipment in while traveling. In addition, once you arrive at your location and remove your toys, this converts to a bedroom by lowering the double size power bed with a comfort mattress from the ceiling. Don't want to close off the ramp door, no problem there is a pull down screen in the back where you can keep out the bugs and still enjoy the fresh camp air! The interior of the camper smells new with no odors. The trailer is equipped with a furnance for cool days and central air for those really warm days. There is a couch located on the slide out portion of the trailer that folds down into a bed and can sleep two. The front of the trailer has a separate sleeping area with a queen size bed with a comfort matress and matching comforter set. There are two closets and roomy cabinets for hanging clothes and storing items. Under the main bed is even more storage space. There is a sliding door for privacy when you have guests. Next to the bedroom is a sink with a vanity and the bathroom contains a roomy shower. The kitchen area has a stove, convection microwave, 20" fridge and freezer combo and a jensen surround sound system which can play on the outside speakers too! There is a table that can be placed in front of the couch when you want to eat indoors or you can take the table outside and place it under the huge roll out awning. There is lots of storage space in the kitchen area for all of your dishes, pots and pans, and food items. On the outside, there is a shower station and a fueling station. Once you set up camp, there are four stabilzer jacks that crank down from under the trailer to keep it firmly planted! This is truly great unit. The only reason we are selling is because we came across a fifth wheel that we could not pass up. I am not trying to make money on this unit but do need to pay off my existing loan. The tires have about 95eife left and there are two propane tanks plus we are including a 42,000 kw onan generator that will power the entire camper for those nice open spaces that do not have electric hook ups. This toy hauler is located in louisiana and the buyer must arrange pick up from the seller. |
