For sale: nice trailer with lots of room!! 5th wheels / kirbyville, tx unit has two bedrooms w/ 1 1/2 bath(sizable bathroom with stand up corner shower and ceramic toilet), rear bunkhouse, outdoor kitchen with grill, one ducted 15,0000 btu a/c w/ 13,500 btu bedroom a/c, and has full transferable warranty through jayco. This camper sleeps 12 comfortably. It comes with everything you need to set-up tv's included. Due to my mother passing i am no longer going to travel. I have it hand washed and waxed applying gel coat friendly wax protectant every six months. Hand washed try to do it every three months. Seals checked every six months and re sealed if needed. Both a/c's also has heat strips to help on propane cost. Also has ceiling fan. King bed in main bedroom. Three bunks in rear w/ couch that has remote controlled air mattress. Living room couch also has remote controlled air mattress and dinette makes into bed also. All window have sun guard to help reduce heat during summer. Three 32" tv's one in each bedroom and one in living room with built in surround sound and dvd player. Plenty of storage and cupboard space. The master sports a huge closet with washer / dryer hookups and a 6 drawer dresser. The bunkhouse has giant closets and drawers with netted storage below. The kitchen is a convenient workable area with a good size pantry and storage cupboard. There are 4 slides. Upper bedroom, living room and both sides of the bunkhouse. They are all on one button and synchronized. The awning is automatic also with the touch of a button and is pretty quick, so if a sudden storm moves in, it will wind up in a hurry! Has a huge storage compartment that goes all the way thru, but the other side is the utility bay. It has a giant storage compartment in the front that i have put racks in for camp chair storage. This is where the battery and hydraulic gear for the landing gear is housed as well, but tucked neatly out of the way. One of the slides for the bunkhouse is the outdoor kitchen. It has a microwave, sink, half ridge, and cupboards. It also has white and blue led lights for a cool night time effect. There is a bbq on a swivel mount on the back bumper that swings around to the outdoor kitchen. It truly is a party waiting to happen! We are not looking to make money on it, just need to pay off the lender. It is not an assumable loan, therefore we cannot do a "take over payments" deal. |
