For sale: still brand new-sleeps14-outdoor kitchen 5th wheels / hemet, ca selling our 2013 Sierra 365 saq by Forest River 5th wheel bunkhouse. It will sleep 14 comfortably! The bunkhouse, an enclosed room, will sleep 8 by itself and has its own bathroom with ceramic toilet! Perfect for the kids and their friends. The living room / dining area has a dinette that folds down to sleep 2 and a convertible clamshell couch that also sleeps 2. The master bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress for the king and queen of this castle! Sizable bathroom with stand up corner shower and ceramic toilet. I installed an inline surge protector to guard against bad hookups. Plenty of storage and cupboard space. The master sports a huge closet with washer / dryer hookups and a 6 drawer dresser. The bunkhouse has giant closets and drawers with netted storage below. The kitchen is a convenient workable area with a good size pantry and storage cupboard. The living room and the bunkhouse are both wired for the tv. We had the dealer mount the tv in the bunkhouse for the kids. The stereo in the living room is also a dvd player. There are 4 slides. Upper bedroom, living room and both sides of the bunkhouse. They are all on one button and synchronized. The awning is automatic also with the touch of a button and is pretty quick, so if a sudden storm moves in, it will wind up in a hurry! Has a huge storage compartment that goes all the way thru, but the other side is the utility bay. It has a giant storage compartment in the front that i have put racks in for camp chair storage. This is where the battery and hydrolic gear for the landing gear is housed as well, but tucked neatly out of the way. One of the slides for the bunkhouse is the outdoor kitchen. It has a microwave, sink and cupboards. It also has white and blue led lights for a cool night time effect. There is a bbq on a swivel mount on the back bumper that swings around to the outdoor kitchen. It truly is a party waiting to happen! There will be a lot of stuff going with it. We are soon to be relocating out of state and changing lifestyle and there is no need for the 5th wheel. Kinda sucks, cuz over the years we have gone thru the used 5ers and noted what we always ultimately wanted and realistically, if you have a family and you like to camp as a family, this rig is it! Everything stops in the campground when we drive by. Once set up, we always have a few people stop by and want to look. We purchased it new and have been the only family to care for it. Our loss will hopefully be someone else's gain. All of the camping stuff we bought specifically for the rv will go with it! Large camp mats, king pin stabilizer, upgraded sewer hose with accordion support, stackable leveling pads, water hoses all the umbilical electrical adapters (good quality ones, not the cheap plug to plug pieces). We are not looking to make money on it, just need to pay off the lender. It is not an assumable loan, therefore we cannot do a "take over payments" deal. As i said, we are leaving the state and are trying to take as little as possible with us.
