| For sale: 5th wheels / poway, ca this one-owner trade-in has been lightly used and heavily upgraded. The owner added two 150 watt solar panels with a 30 amp charge controller and a 1000 watt inverter dedicated to the tv/entertainment equipment. The trailer came new with electric rear stabilizing jacks and independent front electric jacks. The owner added a bigfoot four point hydraulic leveling system. The solar/inverter and leveling systems were professionally installed and cost just under $8500.00 according to customer supplied receipts. The layout offers a rear entertainment area with a huge rear and side window to let lots of light in. The kitchen has a factory installed 8 cubic foot refrigerator, and there is a brand new upgraded mattress in the bedroom that has never been slept on. Other nice features includ corian counters, enclosed under belly with valves also enclosed, black tank flush, large pass through storage, aluminum frame, laminated wall construction, paddle handle baggage doors, 30" entry door, exterior shower, 15k btu roof a/c, aluminum 16" wheels, outside speakers, and a wireless backup camera (monitor not included), this trailer had an extended service agreement (cashed in by prior owner) so anything that ever needed to be fixed was handled promptly.
