It weighs only 5,360lbs and can be towed by any 1/2 truck or suv. The EverGreen products are built different than most rv's because they use composite materials. They have vacuum bonded sidewalls, floors and roofs, the composite materials they use are 20dighter than standard products, and they have a double welded duralite aluminum cage that is stronger than most travel trailers built today! In short, the ever lite is a really good product! The 31rls is a rear lounge floor plan. It has a walk around queen bed with underneath storage, over head cabinets, a power roof vent, a place to mount a small tv and it's own entrance door. This floor plan also has a side aisle bathroom with a foot flush toilet, a neo angled shower with glass doors, a power roof vent, a sink with underneath storage, an overhead cabinet and a medicine cabinet. Opposing the bathroom is the double door gas/electric refrigerator and a pantry which is apart of the kitchen/living area. The living area is quite spacious with the one slide out, it really opens this unit up! Towards the front of the slide it has a (3) burner range, an exhaust vent, an over head microwave, and a double sink with a bronze faucet. Towards the rear of the slide it has a jack-knife sleeper sofa and cabinetry through out the slide out. Opposing the slide is the dinette area with a booth dinette that makes into a bed, over head cabinets, a jensen am/fm/cd/dvd player and a small tv. This is a rear lounge travel trailer that has dual rockers, over head cabinets and there's even a space for storage underneath the counter top by the rocker! It's a nice coach! The exterior of this unit is just as nice as the interior and is full of extras like a slide topper awning, power stabilizer jacks, a power awning, a water heater, a front pass through storage compartment, a power tongue jack, city water hook up, fresh tank fill, an outside shower, a black tank flush and it is prepped for cable tv.
