| For sale: one owner loaded for bear :) 5th wheels / florence, or this is a one owner that has had little use. It was purchased new in 2011, a special order from the factory. The owner had aspirations of travel and adventure but was stopped short with a serious medical situation that would change everything and with little to no hope of things changing for the better, the decision has been made to sell her would be home away from home. For a time she had it setup on her property and allowed family and friends who would come to visit use of it as a guesthouse or extra bedroom. With it seemingly going to waste before her very eyes she made the painful decision to sell it and so here we are. There are some minor issues that have developed with it setting unused for most of the past 4 years but they are of no concern to the new owner since she has pre-authorized us to address every thing that needs to be done to bring it back up to near new standards to include a thorough cleaning inside and out. I is really loaded up nicely with all the comforts of home. A large 50" flat screen hdtv, an electric 1500btu fireplace, a separate living room with sliding french doors, a large kitchen and dining area with side by side freezers and double wide refrigerator, a king size bed awaits you in the spacious bedroom, with a space for another 50" flat screen hdtv, lots of built dressers and closet spaces, and included is a stack washer and dryer. The bathroom is spacious with a large glass enclosed walk in shower, and again lots of storage space throughout. There is also much storage space in the undercarriage. With just some of the add-on's included nada price guide suggest an asking price of closer to $60,000 than the $49,995 that is being asked for it. If there is anything that you might want to point out that would effect a lower price, save your breath, since the owner has already agreed to repair anything and everything that might need to be done to restore to near the same condition as what she purchased it in 4 years ago that is not to say that an honest offer would fall on deaf ears, of course we are willing to consider all "reasonable offers".
