This rv was locally owned and traded in on a larger rv. It's full of features such as, day/night pull down privacy shades, it has an air mattress hide-a-bed sleeper sofa, very nice solid oak raised panel cabinets, a counter top extension, an a&e power awning, and more! This floor plan has a walk around front queen bed with underneath storage in the front. The entertainment center is located at the foot of the bed which is nice because everyone can see it without looking over someones shoulder and you can rotate it around and watch it from bed! It has a large super slide that has the hide-a-bed sleeper sofa and a booth dinette which also converts into a bed for extra sleeping room. You can actually sleep up to (8) people in the rv. Across from the super slide is a full kitchen with a (3) burner stove top, an oven, a microwave oven with an exhaust hood and a double door refer with matching oak fronts. The bathroom is in the rear of the rv and it's huge! It has an over sized counter top with a sink, several cabinets for linen storage, a mirrored medicine cabinet, a tub/shower combo with a pull enclosure and a porcelain foot flush toilet. Across from the bathroom is the bunk room slide with (2) bunk beds and the bunk room has a 19" lcd tv with a built in dvd player and another set of cabinets for the kids clothes. Again, this is a very clean, well maintained travel trailer. The exterior is nice too. It has aluminum framed sidewalls, fronts and backs with the fiberglass exterior. This rv also has the glacier package which is a covered underbelly with heated tanks for cold weather camping. It has 15" wheels, the tires look to have about 80'f the tread, it has dark tinted safety glass windows, a (6) gallon gas/electric dsi hot water heater, exterior speakers, (4) stab jacks, scare lighting, front pass through storage, a power tongue jack, (2) 30lb lp tanks with a cover, a topper awning over the larger slide out, cable tv hook up, a spare tire with carrier and an exterior shower!
