| For sale: excellent condition 5th wheels / melbourne, fl very clean and in like new condition!! Lightweight aluminum frame (dry wt 9,170 lbs). Avoided the dreaded tire worries by replacing all original tires (including spare) with maxxis 8008 e rated tires (top rated) about a year ago. Tire replacement is highly recommended every five years regardless of mileage. I also added new awnings over all three slides (cost me $1,300 but adds that extra measure of protection during severe rains). Also added is a mor-ryde rubber pin box ($800) which really helps soften the pull over the standard pin boxes. Has the Sundance interior package which features amish crafted hardwood cabinetry w/ ball bearing glides, durable porcelain toilet, dual swivel rockers, freestanding dinette w/ four high back chairs, solid granite like counter-tops, self inflating beds (queen and hideaway guest), auto converting gas/elec fridge and w/h, electric porch awning, ceiling fan, outdoor shower, 25" hdtv, am/fm dvd/cd sound system and the list goes on. Lots of inside storage plus more in the underbelly. 13.5 btu ducted a/c, 35,000 btu gas heater, 50 or 30 amp service, 6000 lb axles, 10" i beam frame, durable fiberglass siding and Heartland's patented front end turning capability of 88 degrees (a really nice feature in tight turning situations).
