The closet is the width of the rv and deep including storage for shoes and extra shelves. Under the bed is another storage spot, if the two sets of drawers are not enough. Queen bed and solid door for privacy! The living area has a fold out queen inflatable bed and the dining table adds another full size bed. Best of all the ceiling are high enough for a ceiling fan! And the cabinets are plentiful. The back of the rv is a bedroom for kids or guests. Two twin bunk beds and a pull out third hidden under the bottom. Use the top as storage or invite someone extra! Closet, drawers, countertop and windows make this a cozy place kids will especially love. Come with closed door toilet and sink. The perfect get-away-from-the-parents spot! Three hydraulic push outs in the master, living room and back bedroom make this rv spacious for everyone. Lots of storage outside big enough for your fishing poles or outdoor gear and a large awning that will roll right out with the push of a button. Completely non-smoking and free of perfumes, we had to be cautious about allergies. Excellent condition and we are sad about selling it, but our kid isnt a kid anymore! This floor plan is hard to come by. We looked a long time to find it and it has been perfect for our family. Hope you will consider making wonderful memories in it, too! New tires in 2014 as well as a full inspection in elkhart, in by a warranty vendor of Forest River. If it needed fixed it was fixed! Like new shape. Delivery negotiable.
