For sale: 5th wheel toy hauler!! Toy haulers 5th wheels / detroit lakes, mn up on the block we have a 2007 Weekend Warrior 4005 ftl. This unit has water damage that appears to be concentrated to the kitchen slide. This 40 ft. Unit will sleep up to 7 people during a long weekend at the race track or out exploring the area. Walking around the unit, youll see the front cap has some stress cracks in it but appears to be in good condition. Down the drivers side, there are 2 slides. Both slides work as they should. The graphics are faded and have begun to crack and split in different areas, along with scratches located throughout the side. Standing at the back, the first thing that is noticed is the large ramp door. It goes up and down as it should and both latches are operational to secure it in place while traveling down the road. Up at the top, the cap does have breaks in it but appears to be intact. Moving up the passenger side, the graphics are faded, along with a few of them missing and scratches in different areas. This side also contains a slide that houses the kitchen portion of the camper. This slide does have water damage to it. When sliding it out, it stops about 3 inches short of being completely pushed out. When sliding in, it does the same thing, only stopping 3 inches short of being completely closed. Climbing into this unit, youll notice how clean it is. We did have it professionally cleaned. In the main area, youll see there is a couch the does have a pull out bed underneath it. Next to the couch, is another version of a booth that has a removable table and legs. There are 2 drawers under this sitting area that does have storage. We did find the start of mold in these drawers but cleaned it up with bleach water. The drawers, however, are stained black from this. Above both of these sitting areas, are 4 cupboards for storage. Turning to the back, youll notice a ladder that leads up to a full sized bed bunk area above the garage aspect of this trailer, that has a privacy curtain to block it off from view. Turning into the kitchen, we have an island counter that has a removable cutting board along with more storage area. There is a stove that does have the microwave located underneath it. Youll also notice the cabinet below this has begun to peel back and does have some cracks on it. Looking up, youll see more cabinets for storage of goods and items while camping out in this beautiful unit. The fridge located in this unit, does have a bigger area for goods that need to be cold along with a freezer on top. We did not test the fridge or the stove. The furnace does work as it should. In the ceiling above the kitchen slide out, youll see where the water damage is very noticeable. Over by the door, youll see the tv that is mounted to the wall, along with the controls for operating the furnace and the a/c. Heading into the master bedroom; there is a nice queen size bed that does have multiple storage compartments around it. The slide out located in this room is the closet on the left hand side of the bed. In front of the bed, there is a cabinet for a smaller tv to fit into along with more area to put clothing or other items. Heading into the garage of this unit, there is a door to climb in and out in just this portion. The floor does have a rubber pad on it that covers the entire floor. There is a screen that drops down and zips closed on the sides for you to be able to sit in comfort and watch outside or work on a motorcycle, utv or atv without being eaten up by mosquitoes. There are a couple of cabinets located in the corner of the unit and along the top for storage of tools or extras needs for what is being hauled. There are 6 tie-downs located in various spots on the floor. The roof of this unit appears to be in good condition, along with the roof caps being intact and on the unit.
