| For sale: solid deal with extras travel trailers / sutter creek, ca very clean upgraded trailer is 34 feet long w/ 2 pop-outs. (living room and master bedroom) conventional tow. Has approximately 5k miles on it. The interior looks and is relatively new. Has queen size bed in master bedroom, which can be sectioned off for privacy from the remainder of the trailer. Couch folds out into queen size bed as well and has been used twice. Large freezer, refrigerator that runs on propane or electric. Has hook up for washer/dryer stackables, but that feature was never used. Solar panel keeps two deep cycle 12 volt batteries fully charged. Two air conditioners, 6 gal. Hot water heater that operates on propane or electric. Propane heater that vents to floor, as heat rises. A/c vents on ceiling as cool air drops. 2 thermostats plus emergency bypass. Shower, black water and two grey water tanks. 60gallon fresh water holding tank. "e" rated (10ply) tires on upgraded axles. Dvd, television set, sound surround system standard. Separate exterior door to master bedroom. Adjacent exterior door to living room. Trailer can be lived in for an extended period of time comfortably. Cable tv ready and also conventional antenna. Skylight in shower and master bedroom. Selling due to limited use, not as a "distress sale" asking $18,000 firm, which is a solid deal. I have extra tires, electrical cord, that will fit all plug configurations....
