| For sale: custom cabinets & home theater near new class b / Augusta, me Holiday Rambler Augusta 252ds, *please see video. This is an artist, musician, and/or movie aficionado's dream coach. I used this custom one of a kind unique rv as a showcase at home shows for my home theater business (maine entertainment). I no longer need it so it's for sale and i've decided to reduce my price to $34,999. This is a great price and under nada low retail without considering the full impact of the custom world class add-ons that i'm not including in the price. This rv's main emphasis in on the living area this is due to the two opposing side-outs. This rv has the use of a 1 or 2 year old motor home and features 11,499 low mileage, new graphics, and in excellent condition. I have all the original paperwork and the Holiday Rambler window sticker that says 2008. The factory built this coach on a 2007 chassis so i used that in my nada price check just to be extra fair. If it was for sale on a lot it would be as a 2008. Nada states a low retail of $43,000 . Honest and reasonable offers are welcome. Upgrades: real black ash entertainment center tied in with ash armoire and above driver center shelves. The entertainment center has a large flat screen television on a retractable automatic lift enhanced by a studio reference surround sound system with speakers for outside sound. I misquoted a few things in the video (first video that i've ever done.) the engine is an 8 liter v8 not a 6 liter. I have receipts for $20,000 in upgrades. $7,500 for the audio/video and over $12,000 for the cabinet work. |
