| For sale: 2007 Forest River Sandpiper 5th wheels / detroit lakes, mn up for auction is a 2007 Forest River Sandpiper 295rgd 5th wheel. This camper comes to us due to water damage, the outside does not have a lot of damage, the graphics are faded and peeling on the front, going to the left side there a hole in the front slide out ,the graphics are faded and peeling. Both of the slide-outs work as they should, on the rear there is no damage that we could find, but the right side however the siding is bubbled out at the rear from top to bottom, the awning works as it should and is in good shape. The roof is a little soft by the big slide out there are no holes in the roof that we could find. On the inside the only damage that we could find is to the ceiling of the big slide out it is very soft and sagging, and the floor in the kitchen is cracked. The rest of the inside is in very good shape and looks to have been well maintained and cared for. The master bedroom is in the front that has a queen bed with storage under it, the bed is also in the small slide out, the bathe room is in-between the bedroom and the living area, the main living area is huge the kitchen is in the back, there are two rocking chairs, a table and chairs set and a hid-a-bed couch, in the kitchen there is a microwave, stove/oven and a gas or electric fridge, we did not test the fried but we did test the furnace and it works like it should.
