| For sale: 5th wheels / mesa, az 2007 doubletree / DRV Mobile Suites 36 sb3 - a luxurious 37' triple slide 5th wheel with an original msrp of $100,692.70. It is specifically built for extended four seasons use. We have updated it and fully serviced it just recently. Sold to a father / son team from san juan, ca. This unit was traded to us by it's second owners and recently comes from kansas. It looks like a very modern coach and is ready for many more years of reliable service. Exterior features include two a/c units - each one is rated at 15k btu and has a heat pump, 5.5kw onan lp generator with about 42 hours on it, upgraded 17 1/2" tires date coded 3113 with disc brakes, painted graphics, new double patio awnings ( main is powered ), tow package, back up camera, air ride suspension, mor/ryde pin box, slide topper awnings ( left front is new ), outdoor tv package, 40 lb propane tanks and the new house batteries are now 6 volts with greater storage capacity. The interior now features modern leather rotating and reclining lounge chairs and a 80" leather sofa with a hide-a-bed. We also added a fireplace but retained both lcd hd tv's with their very high end 5.1 home theater sound system. The fridge is now a frost free instantly cooling residentail fridge of about 14 cubic feet. There is halogen lighting on dimmer switches, central vac, a kitchen island with a flip up bar and updated water fixtures. The expandable dinette features chairs with underseat storage and modern covers. Upstairs is an all in one three piece bath room, side by side washer / dryer and a brand new memory foam king bed with new linens. It is a non smoking unit and we saw no signs of any pets.
