All kidding aside, this is a really clean coach inside and out. Again, it was built on a ford chassis and has the triton v10 engine with only 33,533 actual miles. It has the ford power package with power windows, power door locks, tilt wheel, cruise control, and an am/fm/cd player. This 31c floor plan has the cab over bunk bed, a super slide on the off door side which has the jack knife sleeper sofa and the booth dinette which also converts into a bed for extra sleeping room, which allows you to sleep up to (8) people in this motor home. Across from the super slide is a full galley (kitchen) with a large 40/60 double sink, a (3) burner stove top, plenty of counter top space, it has an overhead microwave oven with an exhaust hood and a double door norcold refer with matching maple fronts. Speaking of which all the cabinets are solid maple and look really good! Again, this coach does have a 4000 watt onan generator and has only 359 hours and runs great! The bathroom on this Outlook is a split bath with the large shower being on the door side and across from that is the private toilet room with a sink with underneath storage, a closet for linens and towels and a foot flush toilet. In the rear of the coach is the walk around queen bed with a wardrobe for hanging clothes and several drawers on one side and a small night stand on the other. It also has a power outlet by the nightstand which is nice if you have an alarm clock, or the folks that use c-pac when they sleep! It;s a nice motor home. It's shows hardly no wear and has had no pets or smokers. The exterior is clean too. It's white with standard stripes. It does have an a&e awning, a power entry step, real alcoa aluminum wheels, not the stainless steel wheel simulators, tinted safety glass windows, running boards, max air vent covers, several exterior basement storage compartments, and a slide topper awning over the slide out!
