This coach is 40' long, has (4) slides and all the amenities you would expect from Holiday Rambler. It's on a roadmaster chassis with a cummins 400hp isl diesel engine with an allison 6 speed transmission. It has the power gear hydraulic leveling system, full instrumentation, a voyager back up monitor, an am/fm/cd player with sirius radio, and power tan leather passenger and drivers seats. Some nice features on this coach are, a padded ceiling, beautiful solid raised panel cherry cabinets throughout, all the books and manuals are with this unit, surround sound, it has the sanicon system, an 8,000kw diesel generator with 522 hours, satellite dish, wheel covers, a surge protector, an air force one brake system, dual pane windows, a sharp 32" flat screen tv, ceramic tile floors, (2) roof ducted a/c's, fluorescent lighting, it has the aqua hot system, and all the shades in the coach have been upgraded to the new mcd roller shades. Again, the coach has (4) slide outs. The slide on the off door side has a hide-a-bed sleeper sofa towards the front and a full galley towards the rear with solid surface counter tops, an amana high output (2) burner glass cook top with covers, a sharp carousel 30" convection microwave oven, and a double sink with covers. The slide on the door side has a tan leather euro chair with ottoman, a built in desk, and a free standing dinette with (2) chairs. Towards the end of the door side slide is a samsung residential style refer with a pull out freezer and built in ice maker. The 40paq floor plan has a split bathroom with a neo angled shower and beside that is the private toilet room with a porcelain foot flush toilet. Across from that is a large counter top with sink, underneath storage, a linen closet, a lighted medicine cabinet and several drawers. In the rear is a queen bed slide on the off door side and across from that is a dresser slide with (4) large drawers for folded clothes storage and a 22" rca tv. In the rear is a double door mirrored wardrobe for hanging clothes storage and beside that, a washer/dryer combo! It's a very clean coach that's been taken very good care of. The exterior is in great shape as well. It has the full body paint with gold, tans, and greens. Again, dual pane windows, an awning over the entry door, a power entry step, tons of basement storage compartments, slide toppers over all the slide outs, a carefree of colorado power awning, it has 22.5 alcoa aluminum wheels with goodyear g670 rv radial tires, a rear ladder, a blue ox tow system for flat towing a car or small truck, a rear back up camera, and a pull down awning over the main slide out where the sofa is.
