| For sale: 1 owner - excellent condition! 5th wheels / anaheim, ca we are selling our family coach and truck package. We love our coach, but because our kids our grown and we are getting older we need something more suiting to our lifestyle. We are "neat freak" type people so we have kept our coach very clean. The carpet and furniture has no stains. There are no rips or tears in the carpet or furniture. There is a small ding in the dining table (the coffee maker fell on it during a drive once!). The cabinets all close and open smoothly. All appliances work well and are clean. Features: microwave, oven, stove, fridge/freezer, 10gal water heater, am/fm/cd stereo that sounds good!, 2 tvs, front awning, 1 slide out (living room), bunk beds with garage-style door and space for large items, fold out sofa bed. Can sleep 8 easily (1 in each bunk, 2 on sofa, 2 on table bed, 2 in master bed). However, we had a husband and wife who slept in a bunk together. Our daughter also shared a bunk with her friend before. They are very wide beds and each bed has a book holder and a light for reading. The master bed lifts up and has storage underneath. Same thing for the table in the kitchen/living room. Also includes a bike rack attached to the back of the 5th wheel (holds 2 bikes). We will include 2 stabilizers for the slide out and a tri-pod style stabilizer for the front portion of the 5th wheel. Scissor jacks are installed on the back for stabilizing.
