| For sale: 2005 Winnebago Adventurer 38j class a - gas / ashburn, ga this is a beautiful must see one owner coach. Well cared for and always stored under cover. Ordered with every option available (see build sheet). This coach comes on the strongest chassis available, the 24,000 lb workhorse w-24. And has the 8.1 l vortec engine and the allison transmission. It has michelin xrv 22.5 tires put on new in 2014 and new batteries the same year. Full body paint, 3 slides with flush floors when open (no hump to deal with), hydraulic levelers, onan gold 7000 watt generator, slideout awnings, electric patio awning with remote control, carpeted lighted storage bays, solar panel for charging batteries, exterior stereo and tv, flush system for black water tank, receiver hitch, ladder, and one piece fiberglass roof. Inside you'll find a super floor plan with the extremely hard to find mid-entry door (no more walking from kitchen to front of coach to grill and back again every time you to bbq or want a drink). The tv has been upgraded in april of this year to a 40" led 1080 hd tv and sits across from the sofa and recliner for best viewing as apposed to having it up over the windshield like most other coaches. Tv and stereo have surround sound. In the cockpit you'll find leather 6 way power seats, power sun visors, driver's door with power window, power heated mirrors, color rear view monitor with sound, sirius satellite radio with lifetime subscription, a grade brake for steep hilly driving, cruise control, tilt wheel and more. The fridge is the large 4 door norcold with ice maker and has large pantry right next to it. Next up is the bathroom with a large vanity and 3 door mirrored medicine cabinet above, a corner shower with fold down seat and sky light,and a porcelain toilet in a separate room. The entrance into the bedroom has a french door with side window. Inside you have a queen bed, washer and vented dryer, 3 door lighted closet, hamper and 6 drawers, stereo cd player, tv, dvd and counter area. This coach has the basement model residential style a.c. And heat unit. This runs very quiet and does not run condensation down the side of your rig all summer. The hot water heater is gas and electric and also heats off the engine as you're driving down the road. The only reason we are selling this motorhome is because we need a diesel pusher to tow a 15,000 lb trailer. We are not having any luck finding a floor plan we like especially with a mid entry door.
