| For sale: excellent condition class b / orlando (casselberry), fl this BT Cruiser is a 2005 very clean, well taken care of, model 5290 motorhome with the quiet, smooth running ford e-450 v-10 gas engine. It has cruise control, power steering/brakes, tilt steering, am/fm/cd radio, 24" and 20" tvs, and sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably. It has many upgrades (see below), with a 3 burner lp gas stove, double door refrigerator/freezer, large amana radar range microwave/convection oven, 25,000 btu lp furnace, and 6 gal lp/electric water heater. All 6 tires are brand new in september 2014, as well as the low profile, high capacity (15,000 btu) dometic rooftop air conditioner (with 2 year full warranty until october 2016). The a/c system has ducted ceiling vents throughout the coach for even distribution of the cool air. The rear brake calipers and pads were also replaced this year, along with the thetford toilet. The unit has a rear view camera and large 9" monitor with both day and night vision viewing. This coach has 2 slides which greatly increase the living/dining room area, as well as the rear bedroom with the queen size bed, closet and storage areas. It has 30 amp service, 38 gallon fresh water tank, 4,000 watt generac guardian quietpact generator with remote starting at either the generator or from inside the coach. It has a 14' wide pull-out patio awning to provide plenty of shade on sunny days, and 2 optional pull-out awnings over the living room and bedroom windows. The rear ladder allows easy access to the white fiberglass roof. Sleeping accommodations for 6 people include a private bedroom with queen size bed, electric fold-down (jacknife) leather couch, and a convertible booth dinette. This coach is ready for a trip northward this winter with new tires, 25,000 btu forced air furnace, and the optional heated holding tanks. The BT Cruiser has an inside glass enclosed shower with both a light and large skylight, as well as an outside shower to keep the beach sand and dirt outside the coach!! It has lighted power entry steps, a system monitoring panel (monitors/indicates levels in holding tanks, fresh water tank, battery status, lpg and more), 43.1 cubic feet of basement (under the coach) storage, including 1 pass-thru storage compartment, smoke and lpg leak detectors, fire extinguisher, gfi protected circuits, stainless steel wheel liners, ventilation fan in bathroom, kitchen under cabinet led lighting, 5,000 lb tow hitch, and a 14' patio awning. All windows have interior decorative valences and pull-down shades for privacy. Optional upgrades in this BT Cruiser are part of the "xl edition" upgrade package. Included are the ultraleather couch, solid surface corian countertops and dual corian sinks, fluorescent lighting, in addition to the standard incandescent and natural (vented skylights) lighting, solid wood (maple) cabinetry throughout the coach, surround sound 6 speaker system, oak dash and oak steering wheel.
