| For sale: 2005 Forest River Rockwood travel trailers / detroit lakes, mn up for auction is a 2005 Forest River Rockwood 8317ss, this camper comes to us due to water damage to the inside, the front of the camper looks good and the fiberglass siding is in good shape, on the left side the siding is starting to bubble out along the roof line from about mid camper to the rear, the slide out works as it should, the slide out comes with an awning to protect the slide out roof, the siding on the rear looks good and solid, there is a spare tire cover but no spare tire, the right side is faded but looks good, the awning works as it should ,the vinyl is stained, as for the roof there are a few small patches in the front and along the left side. The inside of the camper the only damage that we could find is to the ceiling above the slide out and the walls along the slide out, the wall is soft and the wall paper is starting to bubble, there is a queen bed in the front bed room with storage underneath it, the couches is a hid-a-bed, the dinette is missing the table for it, the carpet is stained from front to back, the floor has some soft spots by the door and in the kitchen, we tested the furnace and the stove they both work as they should. |
