| For sale: 2005 Fleetwood resort ext travel trailers / detroit lakes, mn up for auction is a 2005 Fleetwood resort ext 25qb camper, this comes to us due to water damage the floor on the left side, the front graphics are peeling and faded, the siding is stained other then that there is no a lot of damage to the front, on the left side the bottom trim was removed and now is missing, the bottom edge is very soft in spots near the front the sub floor wood is starting to crumble. The rest of the side and the wall are solid and there does not appear to be any more damage. The rear has a manual push out slide, the floor on the slide out is soft and starting to rot, the rest of the rear look good and solid. The right side the bottom trim was removed and now is missing, the bottom edge is very soft in spots near the front the sub floor wood is starting to crumble. The rest of the side and the wall are solid and there does not appear to be any more damage, the awning works as is should. The inside of the camper looks good and well maintained, there are supposed to be bunks in the front but they have been removed, there is a full bath between the front room and the kitchen that includes a shower and vanity. There is a dinette and a couch in the living area that both fold down to beds, the master bed is in the push out. |
