| For sale: lowest price class a - diesel / blainville, qc Fleetwood, Expedition, 38n, 2005, 3 extensions, low millage: exterior full paint, in much better condition than average rv of this age ( never used under the strong sun shine and humidity of the southern usa in summer, always keept in canada for 8 months/month) . C-7 caterpillar engine tuned for 300 hp, 860 pounds of torque (for about $200.00 engine can be tune by caterpillar for more power if required). Freightliner frame with air brakes and air suspension. Addition of a spare tire and rim (usely not supplied with big class a rv). Interior of rv kept in very good condition, new flooring, washer/ dryer, generator with only 260 hours. On the roof a new hd antenna for local tv station, a satellite antenna and a wifi internet antenna booster. Also included 2 recent digital hd tv, complete kit for towing a car, proportionnal brake control for the tow car and many other accessories. Maintenance before 2014: replace: all batteries, most windows, one slide-out awning, 2 engine sensors and one slide-out motor. Maintenance in 2014: new radiator, anti-freeze, thermostats, transmission oil and filters, new belts, 6 new michelin tires manufactured in 04/2014. Maintenance in 2015: new electric step ($500) new electric main awning ($3500), new corian kitchen counter ($2500) and wheel aligment ($400). Recently the a/c efficiency went down. It can be fix by the owner of the rv or the buyer at his choice (substrack $700.00 on the selling price).
