My name is michael brooks. First let me say thank you for looking at my rv. I have learned over the past several years, what most internet rv buyers look for in a coach. Vacation to go rvs llc is pretty much a one man operation. I will probably be the person who answers your calls, answers your emails, and walks you through your new home away from home. I will describe this unit as accurately as possible and have taken numerous pictures for you to see the entire unit for yourself. Please remember that this is a used unit although i believe it is in good condition and ready to drive out, it is still considered used.please do not read anything into my descriptions or make assumptions. Vacation to go rvs is generally open by appt. Only monday-friday, for viewing and pickup. Typically 9:30-4:30 eastern. When you arrive to pick up your new home, you will find it plugged in to my shop. This way i can show you the fridge and ac systems etc etc... The buy it now price posted includes the following: no additional paperwork process fees full tank of lp full tank of lp tires are nearly new and dont need a replacement chassis service ( includes oil, oil filter fuel filter(s) for the cat diesel) generally, the coach you are viewing is a bank unit that was repoed. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase v2grv will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the rv was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these rvs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some tlc may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is in above avg shape when compared to other 11 yr old rvs. The inside of the coach is above avg condition when compared to other 11 yr old rvs. Please keep in mind it is 11 yrs old!!! Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. Pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) this coach approx 39' foot according to nada based on the model number. This coach is a fourwinds Mandalay 38b rv, the Mandalay is much like the, bounder, discovery, expedition, excursion monaco diplomat endeavor allegro phaeton and the newmar dutch star the coach has the following options/features: leveling hyd jacks converter inverter hitch 10k capacity class v 5 generator electric entry steps main electric awning wrapped in metal slide toppers pass thru storage engine brake air ride air brakes stove top microwave oven tv aluminum wheels sofa s backup camera this rv was just driven approx 100 miles with no trouble. No oil consumption was noted this rv is pretty easy to drive. There are 2 overhead acs that work. Front ac has a heat pump the engine or dash ac comp blows cool air while going down the road. Some freon is probably needed the engine is a cat 330hp according to nada in line 6 cylinder turbo charged diesel motor. The 6 speed allison transmission shifts up and down like it should an onan diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. Low hours approx 1000 hours there is a 2 door fridge / freezer that works on lp gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 11 year old coach that is used this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 11 years i can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 there is room for two in the rear bed. Sofa sleeps 2 other sofa sleeps 2 we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater heater furnace entry steps slide(s) if applicable patio awning we will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below nada wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need tlc. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. Plenty of tread remains. The tires are open road brand 2012 date code. Under normal usage they should be good thru 2019 the carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. Please note the following: the paint on the passenger side is showing early signs of paint checking i now feel that i have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the rv sounds worse than i think it really is.. At vacation to go rvs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. Please keep in mind these are used rvs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system. For our canadian/ canada buyers: - i can provide third party transportation of the unit to the canadian border as i have done many times, - i can also fax these documents to customs for you to meet the requirement to provide the papers 72 hr prior to bringing the unit into the country. / / for additional import /export info click the links above!!! I do clean all on my units, however i do not clean them as well as a new owner would. All the units i list: the buyer should expect some minor inperfections and plan on doing some cleaning to bring the unit to your own standards please be clear - we sell used vehicles, not new vehicles.
