My wife and i have traveled nearly all of the usa since retirement and finally decided eight years on the road is enough. We've settled down in north carolina close to the blue ridge mountains. This coach is a real pleasure to travel & live in. Always well maintained, as this has been our only home for the last few years. 350 isc 8.3ltr cummins turbo charged engine and drive train at 61,060 miles is in excellent condition, interior looks new as we've upgraded it over the last few years to keep it that way. External body and full body paint are in very good condition for a 12 year old coach. No body damage or accidents. Just a little clear coat flaking on a couple of basement access door. Ever so often we get that surprised look and welcome comments from others on the road when asked her age. Pride of ownership. Newly carpeted bedroom and living room slide-outs and entry, new hardwood flooring through living room. (main walking path) all new window treatments in bed and bath areas all in past couple years. Everything ? Inside & out functions exactly as new. Everything !. New coach batteries in january 2012, new chassis batteries in april of 2013. Did i mention new tires in may of this year. I had the safe tire pressure/temp sensors and monitor installed when we purchased the coach in 2012. The best investment for total peace of mind. (1) original tv was removed from above driver's dash and new 36" led hd installed mid-ship at eye level for easier viewing. New cabinetry replaced professionally, in matching solid oak.
