| For sale: 2003 Holiday Rambler Presidential 5th wheel 5th wheels / detroit lakes, mn up for auction is a 2003 Holiday Rambler Presidential 5th wheel camper. This camper comes to us due to water damage inside the camper. It looks like the kitchen slide-out leaked inside; on the outside the front appears not to have any damage. Moving to the left side the siding is starting to bubble out above each of the slide-outs and the siding is cracked above the rear slide-out. The ladder on the back is bent and loose but that is the only damage that we could find on the back. Going on to the right side the siding is bubbled out above the slide-out and it is cracked at the rear of the slide-out and the awning is missing. There are a few soft spots in the middle of the roof and it is starting to sag. The inside has a musty smell to it, the floor in the kitchen are raised up from the water coming in, it looks to have come in around the slide-out, there is no other damage that we could find, and the rest of this camper is in good shape. There are 4 slide-outs in this camper- one in the bedroom and three in the living/kitchen area; they all work just like they should. The front has the master bedroom with a queen bed and storage under it, along with the bathroom area. The living area is huge, with a slide-out on the right. The couch turns into a hide-a-bed, there is a table with two chairs. There is also a tv, radio and small desk in the living area. In the kitchen area, a slide-out offers more space with an island area available.the floor near the island shows some bubbling. |
