For sale: class a - gas / marble falls, tx 2002 Winnebago 37g Adventurer motor home includes a $100 deductible good sam bumper to bumper extended warranty (original cost: $6897) with 20 months and 34,600 miles remaining!!! Over $10,000 of recent service. There is nothing left to fix on this rv; see below for details. Stocked with everything you need for the road as well! This incredibly clean motor home is built on the workhorse chassis with the vortec 8100 engine (not the 454) and allison transmission, and runs perfectly. This chassis/engine combination is in every way superior to the ford chassis with the v-10 option and was a $2750 option, reflecting this fact. Quieter, more powerful, more durable, and allowing a lower front floor than the ford, this workhorse has had all factory recalls performed, including new brake rotors, calipers, and pads. The engine and drive-train is in perfect condition; no oil leaks whatsoever, runs super quiet, shifts perfectly. This engine is considered to be the best big block chevrolet ever made, and the allison 1000 series 5-speed tranny is simply bulletproof. On the road, it tracks straight with no shimmy or tire vibration, and feels very solid, with no body/frame flexing and virtually no rattles or squeaks . Stops quickly, straight and true. Both the interior and the exterior are in excellent condition. No furniture stains or visible wear, no interior leaks or funny smells. Everything works in this coach, no repairs are needed. Exterior paint is as new, decals are in remarkably good condition. The fiberglass still has some gloss as this rv has been stored under cover most of it's life, and the roof is in perfect condition as well. Current nada average retail value is $44,181, although the condition of this coach is far better than average. Original sticker price: $119,145. Besides the recent and extensive repairs detailed below, this motor home has a truly bumper to bumper fully transferable good sam warranty with a $100 deductible ($50 if serviced at camping world) that is still good for more than a year and a half and 34,000 more miles!!! Recent replacements/repairs (over $10,000) completely replaced new basement heat pump a/c, 04/30/2015. This unit uses the r-401a refrigerant which replaced r-22. Although still available, r-22 is now very expensive, and part replacements for the original old style unit are getting hard to find as well. This a/c has a two year warranty, extendable to 3 years. Replacement cost: $4,031. 5500 watt onan generator, rebuilt, with a new motor by an onan certified technician, 25 hours ago, and is super quiet. Repair cost: $3500. Dash air repair, blows strong and cold, new compressor, dryer, expansion valve, etc.03/2015. Repair cost: $1041. Six new tires, approx. 1,400 miles. Cost $1545. All batteries replaced 03/07/2015. Cost: $260 new power control center, engine o2 sensors, refrigerator cooling unit and control board, replaced 10/05/2014 this coach beside being in excellent condition throughout, is truly ready for the road in every way. Put your clothes and food in it and hit the highway in confidence. Virtually everything you need for immediate use is included in this sale. Nice quality dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans, kitchen cleaning supplies and chemicals, holding tank chemicals, potable water hose. 50 feet of 50amp cables with a 30amp pigtail, porch mats, and much more, all in virtually as new condition. Also included is a brand new sealy pillow top queen size bed, costing over $1500. All original brochures, repair manuals, original window sticker, recent repair/part receipts, etc. Are included. In addition to the extensive standard equipment found on this coach, over $12,300 worth of factory options were also included. A complete list of standard and optional equipment available for this unit can be found on this factory brochure link: / optional equipment installed: washer/dryer combo unit work station in dash exterior entertainment center w/cd workhorse chassis, 22,000# dual pane coach windows, privacy glass fridge/freezer side by side doors deluxe sound system, six speaker w/ sub-woofer, cd defroster fans, aux. (2) shower head, hand-held 6-way power driver seat controls rear-view camera monitor system leather cab seats 50 amp electrical system (a/c will still function on one compressor with a 20 amp connection!) accessory package home comfort plus package graphics: wild orchard metallic note that this coach has only one slide out. Normally more is considered to be better, but in this case that's not true! Before purchasing i looked at and drove both one and two slide Adventurers. The two slide model was noticeably more susceptible to cross winds due to the additional 800 pounds or so located in the rear of the coach and tracked far less accurately that this model. Additionally, the interior arrangement is simply a better design than the models with the bedroom slide. Interior bedroom storage, drawers, and closet space is practically the same for both models, but in the bedroom without the slide they are all accessible all of the time. Plus, this model has a real bedroom door instead of a flimsy accordion closure, which offers more privacy, the opposing widows offer better ventilation, and the bed is nicely mirrored as well. It's just a better design overall in my opinion. Come and look at it and go for a drive and you will see what i mean. This is an opportunity to own a fully dialed-in coach that should give many miles of trouble free ownership. Everything that has needed repair has already been done professionally. Plus, it's new owner will have the confidence that should any problem arise in the future it comes with a superior warranty that covers practically any potential issues ahead. Although worth much more than i'm asking, time restraints force me to offer it at a bargain price. You can of course find quite a few similar units on the market priced lower but not anywhere close to the condition that this one is in, or more truly ready to hit the road, nor with the confidence that its good sam extended warranty coverage provides. If any additional information is required, please advise.
