| For sale: 5th wheels / vernon, nj 2002 Jayco Eagle 5th wheel, model 313rks, 32 foot, rear kitchen, double slide out in very good condition. The kitchen has sooo much storage for this size camper its incredible. Such a nice open bright and airy layout. The living area slides out and so does the bedroom. It can sleep up to 6 people. Everything works, no leaks. Gvwr (gross vehicle weight) is only 11,500 lbs, dry weight is 8,245 lbs. So a 3/4 or 1 ton truck can easily tow this. Also has a spare tire, ladder, outside shower, fantastic fan with temperature control and rain sensors, microwave oven, ac central/ducted, water heater, stabilizer jacks and leveling jacks, awnings on both slides as well as large pull down, smoke detectors and hitch to carry a basket for your wood, coolers, bikes or generator etc. The only thing i can say may need attention which is why i say in very good condition rather than excellent is the tile floor may need replacing in the near future as it is separating from the floor in some areas. Also although the tires have a lot of tread left, from sitting alot there is some sun damage/cracking on the sidewalls. Other than that the camper is in great shape ready to be enjoyed. Low retail with options is over $9k, high retail is over $11k. I am only asking for base price of $8400. I |
