It was built in 2001 by the Newmar corporation in nappanee, indiana. Newmar corporation has been & is still building rv's for over forty years. It is a very nice riding coach on the spartan chassis with very good turning radius. The air ride, air brakes and exhaust brake also add to the comfort of driving this rv. It scoots along quite well with the 350 horse power cummins turbo diesel engine combined with the alison six speed transmission. We have just serviced the engine oils and filters. Batteries have been recently replaced and are in excellent working order. There is loads of storage room in the pass-through basement for all kinds of toys, tools, lawn chairs or what ever you like. There is even hookups for cable and an ac outlet if you wanted to add a tv outside for your favorite game or nascar race. Enjoy those hopefully soon to come beautiful spring days under the nice sized patio awning. There is an outside shower / wipe down shower head for those messy outings at the beach. Its has a 50 amp power cord to accommodate all your electricity needs including the dual roof central air condition units for those hot summer days. When you are away from hookups you are still fully self contained with the 7500kw onan quiet diesel generator. The generator oil & filters have just been changed also. The outside and basement are very clean and in excellent condition for it's age. All of the windows, glass and windshields are in excellent shape. There is one tiny chip in the passenger windshield that has been repaired. Upon walking into the coach it is obvious this coach was well cared for by its owners. The front driver and passenger ultra leather seats are in very good condition. They both swivel so you can sit in them and visit with friends and family in the front room.
