| For sale: family fun class c / st petersburg, fl get out there and have some fun. All of your standard equipment on an rv including generator. The best part is this unit has the four bunks in the back, which is great for 2 kids plus two friends that come along, or four kids, or whatever. Parents enjoy the over-cab king size bed all without having to turn your dining and living room into a bedroom. Very clean rubber roof (see pics). Just replaced calipers and rotors on breaking system, as well as fuel pump, fuel filter, air filter and fluids. I also took out the old carpet and installed in vinyl wood flooring, which really helps keep things clean inside by just sweeping. This unit is ready for summer fun. I tow my jeep wrangler with a blue ox tow bar and it's super easy (that could be for sale too). There are a three known items that need to be replaced. (1) the awning fabric has a few small tears near the connection at the top, but it's definitely still usable for a few seasons. (2) there is some rust in the thin metal around the storage bays. (3) i accidentally backed into the eve of my house and dented the corner of the thin metal. I talked to a local shop and they can get the part from Fleetwood for $250 plus labor to install. I am willing to give the buyer of this unit up to $2,000 cash back to fix these items or lower the price by the same amount so you can pick your favorite color awning. |
