| For sale: 1998 Forest River Wildwood 5th wheels / detroit lakes, mn up for auction is a 1998 Forest River Wildwood 25bh 5th wheel, this camper comes to us due to hail and water damage. On the front there are lots of hail dent going from top to bottom, there are no holes that we can find, moving to the left side there are lots of hail dents from front to back, the furnace vent is bent and the stove vent is broken. Going to the rear there are lots of hail dent from top to bottom and the spire tire mount is loose, moving to the right side there are lots of hail dents from front to back, the awning will not roll out it is locked in place, the frame work for the awning is broke off the back and is hanging, the water heater cover is missing. As for the roof there are some soft spots near the front, we could not find any holes anywhere. On the inside the damage that we found is the carpet is worn and stained from front to back, in the front room the ceiling in the front is sagging and shows signs of water damage, the top step in the front is broke and pushed down, the back right side wall by the lower bunk is rotted and the paneling is peeling and the door handle is broke off the bathroom door. There is a queen size bed in the front room and two bunks in the back by the bathroom, there is a folding couch and a fold down dinette in the living area we could not get the furnace to light, we did not test the fridge or the ac. |
