| For sale: outstanding quality class a - diesel / ringgold, ga i am the 3rd owner. I purchased the coach in may 2013 from previous owner who suffered a stroke. I have all original owners manuals and the original sales contract from the original owner from 1997. Coach cost $340,700 new in 1997. We are selling our house to go full time rving. We will be buying a diesel truck and a 5th wheel with several slides for the needed room to live in 24/7. I am attaching the "1997 u295 specification page" it lists everything that the u295 comes with. Please note: the picture on the spec sheet is not the interior pic of my coach. Coach is stored plugged in at a storage area which has a roof. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being brand new) i would put this coach right about 7. As this coach was stored inside a building and not used for 3 years due to the prior owner's health, in 5/13, we paid $1,000.00 for tn rv in knoxville, tn to conduct a bumper to bumper, tire to roof inspection before purchase. Issues they found were repaired. Here are items that have been repaired or upgraded since we purchased the coach in 5/13: * new michelin tires put on 4/13 - now have approx. 5,000 miles on them. They are covered when not in use. * engine (cat 3126) was removed and completely rebuilt in 2/14. Now has approx. 4,400 miles on rebuild. There are only 96,867 miles on the chasis. * while engine was out of coach, entire engine compartment was re-insulated. * both air shocks replaced on generator bay door. * 2 new red optima starting batteries installed 4/14. * installed battery maintainer to stay continually charged from house batteries. * 4 new front airbags installed 8/14. (rear airbags reported to still be ok). * both dining table chairs re-upholstered within last year. * new ceramic toilet installed 9/14. * air connection added to rear of coach for towing toad within last year. * when coach was purchased in 5/13, refrigerator box replaced, and new fridge cooling unit made by amish) replaced old one. * carpet runners for entire coach specially made. * i have original sales contract for coach, all owner manuals, and electrical schematics. |
