| For sale: 1997 Dutchmen Aristocrat travel trailers / detroit lakes, mn this auction is for a 1997 dutchman 22bh Aristocrat bumper style camper. On the front of the unit it is in okay shape, the exterior on the front has a place for 2 propane tanks. On the front where it says the brand dutchman that decal is peeling and so are others around it. There is some light hail damage as well on the front of this camper. The driver side of this unit has two windows more toward the front of the camper. The decals are the paint are also fading and peeling on this side. Towards the rear of the driver side on the bottom where it meets the rear of the camper seam is peeling up and away from the rear of the camper. There is also hail damage on this side. In the rear of the unit it is in decent shape and the only damage that i could find is that the paint is faded and there is hail damage as well to the rear of the camper. On the passenger side of the camper there are 3 windows. This side also has your main entry. The passenger side has an aluminum cover that is torn off but it is inside of the camper. Some of the weather stripping on each of the 3 windows on this side is also peeling. Going inside of the camper it can it has a set of 2 bunk beds and the table can be made into a bed as well. The carpet is stained in multiple spots on the inside. There is a bathroom and the heater for the unit does work. The cover that is missing on the outside is inside the awning does work on this camper and it is in pretty good shape, i did not see any holes in the awning. The roof of the unit does have hail damage but none of the vents are broken and the roof is not punctured. |
