This is a 1996 nu wa Hitchhiker II model in great condition- 27 feet in overall length- excellent condition all round- asking $12500.00...obo.. Everything works great both within and out- currently living in it at the present- recently under-pinned the outside with 2-inch styrofoam - the quality kind- also equipped the interior windows with bubble-wrap insulation- heat tape is attached to the water line and will automatically come on with the temperatures reaching below 38-degrees- it has made a great deal of difference for these winter conditions here in woodland park- 1 slide out for front room sleeper couch and kitchen dinette table- the furnace is propane heated- dual propane bottles that hold 7.5 gallons each- kitchen 3-burner stove is also propane and looks relatively brand new as well- the hot water heater uses either gas or electric and so does the refrigerator within- lots of storage in the kitchen cabinets- queen size bed in the master bedroom suite- lots of storage external underbelly compartments and in the bathroom- computer desk included- recently replaced the tv system with a 21-inch vizio high-definition tv with a sony blu ray dvd player - both of which are brand new- equipped with a 5th-wheel tow hitch and an attachment for a gooseneck ball hitch is available too - this can be installed with 4-bolts onto the gooseneck itself- assembly of drilling 4-holes is required- the patio awning for the front works great as well- ducted and roof-mounted air conditioner unit that also works great- all wheels have been flipped to make it a little much higher ground clearance but can be easily be reversed if required.. Also offering this rv to be occupied right where it is but if needed you can move it to another location- it is one of the nicest spots available with a lot more room than most- the lot's rent per month includes water tv cable network and internet service as well- $425.00 per month lot rent- in the summer months the rent goes up to $475.00 per month- note.
