There is ceramic tile on the kitchen and bathroom floor; the sink has a water filter, sofa/bed and two swivel chairs in the living room, queen-sized bed in the bedroom. The bathroom and shower were minimally used and in wonderful condition - hardwood cabinets, central heat and air conditioning or plenty of fresh air ventilation options. This Avion has generous storage both inside and out. Brand new tires spring/2014, brand new refrigerator fall/2013. 36' long, 8' wide, with two slides: couch/dining and bed.
