For sale: 30' class a pinnacle by Thor Motor Coach - $9500 class a - gas / quakertown, pa we purchased this motorhome last year and we've been fixing it up to take on the road full-time. We've completed almost all of the projects we had intended, unfortunately we've come to the conclusion that it's not big enough for two people to live in full-time and carry along everything we own. So we bought a second, bigger motorhome and this one has to go! This one is a 1992, 30 ft class a made by Thor Motor Coach with 75k miles. All appliances work, dash air does not. Roof ac runs ice cold and the generator has low hours (118). It's not perfect but is in good condition inside and out. The pa state inspection was done in november, and then it was put in storage for the winter. It has all the standard features - driver and passenger seats that turn around to the living space, pull out sofabed, 3 burner stove with oven, fridge, ducted ac, furnace, generator, hydrolic leveling jacks, shower/tub, pantry.. Some upgrades we've noted, but did not make ourselves: 10 gal water heater, black tank flush system, winegard roof mounted satellite dish. Here is a list of things that have been done in the time we have owned the motorhome or just before the time of our purchase. Exterior: the body has been cleaned and buffed. The trim has been removed, cleaned, repainted and/or replaced. Latches for outside compartments fixed or replaced. Exterior hardware replaced with aluminum and stainless. Two new coach batteries and a new chassis battery. New alternator new front hydraulic leveler jacks. New exhaust manifold. New awning two new supermax fan covers complete caulking of seems stainless wheel covers interior: restrung window blinds new kenwood cd player new kitchen faucet new carpet throughout this mh currently has two twin beds, but our next project was to convert them to a double/queen bed, so in preparation we 'did the job right' and had the new carpet laid under the bed frame when it was installed so if that is your preferred floor plan it will be an easy conversion - we'll even help, or possibly do it for you if you'd like. |
