| For sale: excellent condition class a - diesel / key west, fl 1992 40 Country Coach Affinity former show coach fully loaded with many extras added.there is brand new custom paint from top to bottom and 4 coats of clear over the top of it. The coach is magnificint shining and a real show stopper. There is a new hydralift motorcycle lift installed with pump mounted in the compartment safely out of the elements for a long life of use. The gillig chassis has a caterpillar diesel with 325 horsepower and 1225 lbs of torque. For stopping assist there is an engine jake brake on all cylinders. The coach has an allison automatic transmission with a bennet shifter control and readout. The coach has full air ride suspension with computerized automatic air leveling when camped. The diesel 7.8 kw generator is in a soundproof compartment and is easily rolled out the front of the coach and has just been serviced with new kubota filters and amsoil full synthetic oil. There is a 2000 watt heart inverter with the link 2000r control panel to regulate the charging of the 2 chassis and the house and the generator batteries. There 2 brand new life line agm starting batteries, a brand new lifeline agm battery for house, and all on roll out trays, and a brand new seperate battery for the generator. There are dual roof air conditioners and a hydronic diesel fired heating system that is new and just serviced and has three zone heating. The 10 gallon water heater is dual heated on both gas and electric. This price includes 6 brand new tires with the smart tire pressure and temperature monitoring system with dashboard readout. There is the heavy duty safety plus steering stabilizer on the front axel. There are also koni adjustable shocks all the way around with the rears ones being new. The drivers center is ergonomic and designed for comfort and driver convenience, with tilt telescopic steering column and six way power seats and all gauges and switches located within easy viewing and reach . The floor plan features all walnut cabinets and corian counters throughout and has a full walk thru bathroom and a queen size bed in the bedroom. There are marble floors in the kitchen and bathroom and carpeting in the rest of the coach covered by custom runners that snap down over top. The front tv is a 26" led and the rear a 26" led, both are brand new and there is a satellite receiver all set up with a roof dome that is self acquiring. There is a washer dryer combination in the kitchen cabinet opposite the 3 way refrigerator/freezer. There is also a microwave convection oven, range top and dual sink. There are fantastic vents in the kitchen and bathroom with the kitchen one controlled by a thermostat. There are residential 3 way switches throughout controlling the ceiling florescent lights. There are two full pass thru bays with 22 of vertical clearance and are accessible form both sides and several other compartments for abundant outside storage. The plumbing features include exterior hot and cold running water, a black tank flushing system, a water filtration system package, an electrically operated water drain system, and an override switch allowing you to fill your water tank while hooked up to city water. There are many more features that make this coach a pleasure to drive and live in and all this being offered for $64,900., the whole bottom of the coach is in great shape and has been coated with por15 paint. Once you add in all the extras you can see what a value this is for the money. Call steve visich the engine computer has just been serviced by caterpiller and is running in tip top shape and runs excellent.
