Must sell: beautifully converted never lived in class a - diesel / olympia, wa this bus conversion project was my long-time dream fulfilled. We spent $75,000 in the conversion. Then i lost my partner and a significant amount of eyesight, so now i need to sell it. It's never been lived in and even smells new. I will have a walk-through video of the entire bus, inside and out and more photos to share very soon. Until then, i thought it best to show the conversion in progress. It's difficult to get a photo of an entire room. It is basically finished on the inside, and can easily be remodeled to suit your own needs. The outside needs to be painted and it needs new tires if you're going to do any significant traveling. Mechanically, the engine is in great condition, i'm told. It's been inspected twice by bus mechanics who give it two-thumbs up. It has good breaks. It has: 1. Hard wood floors 2. Four "rooms" divided by sliding doors for privacy (living room/bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and office/ bedroom) 3. The bathroom has a bathtub, closet, sink and shelving. 4. Composting toilet (which you can switch out if you prefer a tank) 5. 2 100-gallon tanks (fresh water / grey water) 6. Refrigerator is in the kitchen 7. Washer-dryer hook-ups (no washer or dryer) -- you could make that area into storage or make it into more kitchen counter space if you don't need a washer/dryer) 8. Large built-in-desk with a lot book shelves. You could make the office/bedroom into a master bedroom. I was planning to put a piano in there, so if you're so inclined, it's built for a full upright piano. 9. Wired for 110. 10. Brand new rv windows with screens. 11. Hi-tech insulation & sound proofing r-factor = 30. 12. The living room is an open room. The two couches with storage underneath can be pushed together to be a queen bed, slept on separately, or removed all together if you want to make the area into something else. It does not have: 1. A heater yet -- we were going to install two vented catalytic heaters we've used before and like a lot. We did a lot of research and have other suggestions too. 2. A stove in the kitchen. We were going to install a propane stove when we put in the heaters. 3. The refrigerator runs on electricity only. We were planning to be where we could plug in. If you want a 3-way refrigerator, you could definitely get one. 4. Tires need replacing. 5. Outside needs to be painted. Most of the bus has been primed, but it needs the full works.
